Where do my photos go?

Nowhere. Your stamps and your photos live on your device only. CikCak has no server and sends nothing out. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Only to attach the place where a photo was taken to the stamp and show it on the Map tab. The app works fully without it.

How do I move my stamps to another device?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings — that one is a Pro feature. Your stamps are backed up to your own iCloud account and appear on other devices signed in with the same Apple Account.

I changed phones and my stamps are gone.

If iCloud sync was off, the data only ever existed on the old device. Signing in with the same Apple Account on the new device and turning sync on will restore them if sync was also on before.

My purchases are missing on a new device.

Use "Restore purchases" on the Settings page. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

How do I delete a stamp?

Press and hold the stamp and choose Delete. To erase everything, delete the app.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap the plus button at the top left and pick CikCak. There are random stamp, multi-photo, calendar and quick camera widgets.

Can I change the app's language?

CikCak speaks several languages and follows your phone's language. To set a different language for this app only, go to iOS Settings › CikCak › Language.

What's in Pro?

The body of the app is free: CikCak away, crop, add stickers, make folders, use the wall, the calendar, the map, the widgets, the badges. Pro unlocks three things — iCloud sync, the full filter shelf (the first three are already yours) and the date and serial number printed on the stamp. So collecting stamps costs nothing; Pro just spoils your collection a little.

Which iPhones does it run on?

Any iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
