Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CikCak you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use CikCak on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's terms prevail.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, rent or redistribute the app.
3. Your content is yours
The photos, stamps and posters you create in CikCak belong entirely to you. They stay on your device; we claim no rights over them and have no access to them.
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the photos you use. You may not use the app to create unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
4. In-app purchases
When paid features are offered, payment is taken through the App Store and Apple's rules apply.
- A one-time purchase is permanent and can be moved to your other devices with "Restore purchases" using the same Apple Account.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Availability
We keep developing the app; features may change, be added or be removed. We do not promise that any particular feature will be offered indefinitely. If we remove a paid feature, Apple's refund rules apply.
6. Disclaimer
CikCak is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. Backing up your data is your responsibility: stamps are stored on your device, so losing the device, a hardware fault or deleting the app will lose them. We recommend turning on iCloud sync.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Termination
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current text is always published on this page with its effective date.
